A CHRISTIANS OBLIGATION


Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.
Phil 2:12

Fellow christians the word of God is our manual / constitution of life meaning whatever that we do must be in line with the constitution (word of God).
Now this title "christian obligation" fits very well together with the key verse above...because now here Jesus talks about each and everyone of us saying "we must work out our own salvation" . Remember we were once Gentiles but God show us mercy by letting us to be part of his church (the body of Christ). Now Jesus has ascended to the heavens n he is to come n we have been obeying his word SO MUCH MORE ON HIS ABSENCE....now today he is saying we must WORK OUT OUR OWN SALVATION WITH FEAR N TREMBLING.


Salvation is not defined by a group of people,church,friends or even family but salvation is for an INDIVIDUAL. So am edging God's children to stay on the word know what is applicable to God and not be deceived by false ministers who are out there leading the body of Christ to hell fire
Working out salvation is to to study the word,pray,share the word to people and fasting by doing all these key points you will be enabling yourself to another dimension of  understanding and living the word. This is in the good pleasure of his(God) will that we must all work out our salvation because Jesus won't descend  from heaven just to come and assist you to work out your salvation NO! NO! he has done it all the ball is in your cot now . Power and authority has been granted to you..just maintain it  brethren and u will flourish in your  christian walk.

The Word Of God Our Life...

Ephesians 2:10 God has made us what we are. In Christ Jesus, God made us new people so that we would spend our lives doing the good things he had already planned for us to do.

The bible simply means that God created us for a life of a good deed and when we read we find that God has already prepared for us a life that is of good deed we just need to live it, for God gave us the plan for our lives which is the word.

We can imagine if you do something wrong from the plan what will happen ?. So children of God lets just live the life which God planned for us not the life we plan.

Choose Faith....

The Bible says " all things are working for the good of those who love God .(Romans 8:28)

I may not know what you going through right now but the word of God says all things not somethings.

Today I urge you to have that confidence that everything is working for your good and please bare in mind that when bad things happen to you it means that God has not forsaken you, just wait patiently in prayer.

It might hurt or it might be too hard to handle but never ever stop praying.....

Confession

I don't have to worry because God almighty is working for me, no matter how deep or big my situation is my God is with me and he will never fail me.

Greater Purpose....

Most people think that when the Bible states that God will prepare a table before our enemies(psalm 23:5), it means to come back literally at the person you call your enemy and wave your success in their face, well that's not how it's supposed to be.

In Matthews 5:44 the Bible states that we should love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us.

Now who are the enemies that God will prepare a table before ?

Now here's my theory..

The hardships n the persecution that you have been put through or are going through at this juncture, God says you are going emerge victorious no matter how big or terrible they are (Romans 8:28).

Now the table being set before your enemies, yes it might be literally before the people

Who have been persecuting but the vital part is you have been praying for them in the same manner.

Now when the table gets set before them it won't to be bring glory to you but it will be to give glory to God, in other words people will see his greatness through you and they will feel the need to glorify God because that's what God wants.

It is not about anybody but God so let's make our motives/intentions right with the lord.

SING TO GOD NOT THE WORLD

Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;
Eph 5:19

Brethren the word of God is straight and forward. The above verse tells us something powerful about praise and worship to God. We as human beings whom God created in his own image and likeness,it's us who should praise and worship God more than the birds, flowers ,trees, animals you name them,because we have voices that can sing to him. Let me assure you that wen you sing to God that blesses him n wen u sing song that please that world that pleases the devil and I'm sure you don't want that do you ?

So change they way u sing because the world has turned against God, right now people sing to please themselves, others sing to satisfy their loved ones n others sing to their idols. But with us is different we are to sing hymns,spiritual songs in our heart which will bless God our father, not R&b.soul,house,hip-hop....you name them.

God gave people voices to sing unto him not the other way round. Singing songs That are not praising God,obviously they praise the world...fashion,money,cars all those things. I urge u..whoever u are wherever u are stat writing hymns n spiritual songs to our God n separate yourself from the world n give yourself to God.

PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE ......

Patience is something major when you are a christian, it means that you don't rush or run after blessings but wait on God's time because its always the best time for each and everyone of us. when faced with hard times, don't rush to be put out of the miserable experience/situation because for every hard time there is a valuable lesson to be learnt.

Being a son/daughter of  God doesn't mean that you escape trials and tribulations but it means that there will be challenges but you will always have the courage and the strength to keep going, it means that you will overcome everything that tries to shake you, it means that your joy will not be depended on material things but it will be generated from within.

Yes there are challenges but the good news is you will always conquer....

Stand In The Gap....

"I sought for a man", today God is looking for a man...

Take stand and be the person God is looking it doesn't matter where you are from and it most certain don't matter what you have or don't have just avail yourself and be the bridge for hope, be that person who will fill the gap and stand firm. God is knocking patiently waiting for you to open your heart to receive him.

The only thing you can do is to call upon his name and he shall hear you and appoint you.

There's no greater thing than this.

Be An Appointed, Anointed Servant Of The Most High.....

Learn To Wait On The Lord....

There is a huge lesson to be learnt in waiting for the lord.

Waiting with confidence for the lord is vital.

Once you learnt to wait for the lord, it means that you no longer do things on your terms but according to God's way. Give God the opportunity to work in you and he shall do wonders for you.

Your patience gives God a chance to prepare you for the challenges that are up ahead. When God is done with you giving up or losing won't be an option, you will be like an eagle flying at a higher altitude above your problems or sicknesses. Be patient and allow God to make  you a conqueror.....

Beloved brethren, the kind of life dat God himself desires n predestined for us before all creation is for us to live to eternity (da supernatural kind of life).
Firstly I would like us to understand what is meant by life n death scientifically.
According to Nursing dictionary death Is the permanent cessation or end of life,science teaches us dat within our human body there are tissues,veins,arteries which are there to transport blood to the heart,brain n others parts of the body dat the human body can live...end of life refers to wen Arteries and veins are dead no circulation present...wen there are no signs of life.
Science again teaches us dat Life is wen breathing,circulation and airway are evidenced or present on a particular somebody dats life..
Now Let us understand what does God say about life n death,The bible In proverbs teaches us dat da power Of life n death is on our tongue.Nw here LIFE is eternal glory dat is to be revealed to us(eternal life) n DEATH is eternal condemnation(eternal hell fire)
A perfect example of life is found in (John 3:16) dat says:for God so loved the world n gave it ro his only son(Jesus) dat whosoever shall belive n HM wil not perish but have eternal life..the God kind of life is influenced by Jesus Christ whom God gave to us to live In us.choose life simply means to choose Christ Jesus our Lord.....I beseech u not to be like Sapphira and Annanias who sold a possession and kept half or part of the price and when apostle Peter asked them instead of them telling the true dat could have made them to live,by simply to choose life they decided to lie n dat brought forth death upon them
A way to life eternal is constantly to live a sinless n righteous life n how are you going to dat by praying n asking God for sufficient grace dat wil enables you to live upright with him(God)
